Shipping of Course Materials​

Online Courses

For our online courses, all essential materials are provided digitally:

  • Digital Resources: Upon enrollment, you will receive an email containing download links or access codes for e-books, practice exercises, and other supplementary resources within 24 hours.
Offline Cources

For our offline courses, we provide physical textbooks and other necessary materials:

  • Printed Materials: These will be shipped to the address you provided during registration.
  • Delivery Time: Domestic shipments typically take 3-5 business days. International shipments may take 7-14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In the event of a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.

Address Changes

To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Returns and Exchanges

  • Online Courses: Due to the digital nature of online course materials, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the materials have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Offline Courses: If you receive damaged or incorrect materials, contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition.
