Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.

Maintain call records and follow-up schedules.
Support the admissions/sales team in lead conversion.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to build rapport and handle queries effectively.
Basic computer literacy.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
4. Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of training and migration service units.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Implement process improvements and monitor KPIs.
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and resource allocation.
